A decedents Will provides discretionary authority to the Personal Representative to establish a trust for a beneficiary deemed temporarily or permanently incapacitated. Can anyone share a Certification of Trust I can crib from under these circumstances? It may just be brain lock (a condition occurring with disturbing frequency these days) but I'm having a problem conceptualizing this.
