[WSBAPT] Financial investigator?

My client is in the beginning stages of dementia. His daughter has a broad
financial power of attorney. The issue is that she can't get him to tell
her all of his existing financial accounts, and he recently opened up a new
account.

Is there someone she can hire to find out what accounts he has? Or does
anyone have any other ideas of how to figure this out?
