[WSBAPT] Cost of minor GD an estate expense?

Listmates:
Estate is left to several beneficiaries, two of whom are minors.  For several reasons, a minor custodianship is the best option for the estate proceeds going to the minors.  Is this an expenses that gets paid by the estate or an expenses taken only from the minor’s share of the estate?
The fees for a PGAL come out of the whole estate, and the only reason a minor custodianship is needed is to hold the proceeds from the probate.
What is your practice?
