[WSBAPT] Landlord Notice of Rent Increase in Seattle

It's a moving target almost daily at this point. If you have more than a
couple Seattle clients, I suggest becoming a member of the Rental Housing
Association of Washington and using their forms because they update them
with every new ordinance.
