[WSBAPT] Trustee Sale/Eviction

Hello, listers,

I represent a Successor Trustee following the recent resignation of the prior Trustee. 

In November, the prior Trustee signed a new rental agreement with the long-time tenant, extending his lease through April 30.

The Trustee wants to sell the property. 

Does anyone have a Notice that fulfills the new requirements under RCW 59.18.650 that they would be willing to share?

Any pitfalls or other issues we need to consider?
