[WSBAPT] Community Property Agreement and Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship

Dear listmates,

I have an estate administration that involves a situation like the one in Lyon v. Lyon, where decedent had a JTWROS with a third party and later signed a community property agreement (CPA found to trump the JTWROS.) There are a couple of twists in my case and I'm hoping to discuss my thinking with someone who has experience in this area. Thanks!
