[WSBAPT] Referral needed: Seattle area business attorney

Hi Listmates,

I have a physician friend who is considering an offer to take over a small medical practice south of Seattle.

He needs to consult with a business attorney who can properly advise him regarding the potential pitfalls, including whether he would be liable for any of the business debt if he did so.

All referrals will be forwarded to him.
