A dear friend from my ancient past is looking for an attorney who she could talk with (and potentially work with) relative to a portion of a decedent's Okanogan real property promised to her for many years (20+), with a near-death Will obtained by the decedent's daughter which changed the existing plan to give all to her.

Any interest?  At this point, my friend would simply be looking to have a phone conversation with an attorney, to discuss her options, if any, and the possibilities, or lack thereof . . .
