[WSBAPT] Personal Property issue

Have any of you ever had the experience where one child, who is not appointed as PR, steps into a parent’s home after death and starts giving away all the parent’s possessions or claiming them as their own?  What’s a PR to do?  The child in the parent’s home is under an eviction process but until then that child has all access to parent’s personal property and is giving it away.  To make matters worse, this child has a no contact order against sibling/PR so the PR just can’t go over and start collecting items – it’s mayhem I tell ya.

Any insights are appreciated – school versus real life – they can’t even prepare you for the human factor 😉
