Hi Michael,

I don't mean to just jump in with assumptions but when I read your request below it makes me think that there might be a pending pre nup being considered.  If that is the case, a blind trust (which WA generally does not recognize) may potentially create a whole host of issues.

I have no good referral source but wanted to highlight the above as a friendly warning just in case.

Looking for referral for the following: PC located in North Seattle area is getting married.  Fiancée's company wants her to divest certain investments. She would rather not and is interested in possibly setting up a blind trust.  I know nothing about that and would like to point her in the right direction.
