[WSBAPT] Letter to Coroner - Florida

Frantic client/mom just called.  Son died in Florida but the coroner refuses to release body to son's "significant other" without a letter from mom giving her permission to coroner to release body to the SO.  Coroner vague on the telephone regarding what to include in the letter and declines to provide a sample letter.  Anyone have anything along these lines?
