[WSBAPT] GAL appt for intestate heir not a beneficiary under the will

Hi all,

Does anyone have an Order they would be willing to share for appointment of a GAL for a minor intestate heir who is not a beneficiary under the Will (and also not an omitted heir)?   Trying to tailor an Order to be a little more limiting than a regular GAL appointment for a minor heir.  Thanks!
