[WSBAPT] Mercer Island Office Available

We have space available in our Mercer Island office building. I am posting this message on a few Listservs and apologize if you receive my message more than once. I hope my "office available" post is not violating Listserv rules and benefits an attorney looking for a great office.

The approximate 115 square foot office on the first floor of beautiful Island Crest Lodge (see picture below) is available March 1, 2022 for $650 per month. Brief description: Big windows with lots of light; shared kitchen on 2nd floor, shower, restrooms and furnished reception area on 1st floor; Free parking; Rent is all-inclusive (other than telephone) and includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and weekly janitorial service. Two law firms (Scarff Law Firm and Peng & Weber) occupy the second floor and Peng & Weber occupies a few offices on the first floor. Other first floor offices are occupied by mental health professionals.
