Hi Kristina,

My partner, Joseph Moore, has extensive experience handling and litigating wrongful death cases (coincidentally, we actually have 2 other separate cases currently in litigation that have somewhat similar circumstances (minus the children).

Typically in these cases we separate the wrongful death claim(s) from the probate issues and work in partnership with the counsel handling probate. I’d recommend David Tingstad for the probate issues.

HI All-

I have an old client that contacted me after a death in their family. The death was their son and his girlfriend via an alleged intoxicated person.  The decedents had 1 minor child together and the mother has 2 minor children from another relationship. All three minor children are with client. The bio father of girlfriend is no where to be found but other blood relatives know of the accident and agree that all kids stay with client.

He is seeking someone to help with the guardianship, probate and wrongful death claims.

Anyone willing to help and or walk them through their options?
