[WSBAPT] Will filed in different County than Probate

Request an Exemplified Will from Skagit County and file same in King County.
I have done this before and always check with the county you are wanting to file in to be sure you are obtaining the correct Will but since I have done this in King County, I know it is Exemplified Will you need for there.

I don't think I've need to address this issue in years (or maybe ever), but I'm guessing one of my esteemed colleagues on this list has.

If the Will is already filed in Skagit County, but I want to open probate in King County, is there a process to have the Will transferred to King County. If not, is there another way to prove the authenticity of the Will to King County? Or do I need to figure out how to open probate in Skagit County?
