Subject: [WSBAPT] Pierce Co Residential RE Appraiser Needed

Good Morning Fellow Listserv Members,
I am looking for a residential real estate appraiser for a Lk Tapps/Pierce Co property. Report to be used for estate tax filings. Property is not waterfront. There are, however, some complicating factors in determining the valuation….partially constructed ADU at time of decedent’s passing, which has now been completed.
Any suggestions for a competent practitioner to do this job?
