[WSBAPT] Off topic referral

I have a former client who totaled his car (in a recent snowstorm) the day after his bank told him that Progressive had cancelled his insurance. Bank provides insurance for it's loan, but the balance is substantial. Is anyone interested, or have a referral to someone, who can look at it and see if Progressive had valid reason to cancel, and if not to deal with them? Client expects to pay for this service of course.
Thanks
