[WSBAPT] Specific Devise of Real Property

I would think that is even more reason to get clarification. Without
knowing all the particulars, real estate is usually one of the largest
assets that people wish to pass and this gentleman isn't even sure of what
he owns. Again, I would solidify what is owned with some haste.
Creation of legal headaches that could become possibly litigious is not
something that any of us wish to leave to our issue.
