[WSBAPT] DPOA Agent Assisting Principal with Right to Die Requirements

Listmates:
I do not believe this is allowed but a client insist a clause be added to
the DPOA for Healthcare that the "Agent must assist Principal with
completion of requirements of Washington State Right to Die Law, if
requested by principal."
I have no experience with the right to die law. However, it is my
understanding the person must not only be mentally competent, but must be
physically able to take the drugs with assistance. As the law changed? Is
assistance allowed? I hope not as I can see children "assisting" their
parents into the afterlife so not to deplete the inheritance. Has anyone
dealt with this?
