For what it’s worth, Okanogan County accepts e-signatures on regular REETs and supplemental gift statements, but not on requests to continue open space/ag status and related notices.

I’ve not seen a REET e-signature but an Agent is allowed to sign so, time to time, I just call the parties and get permission to sign.
