I second that. Simplifile, once you get the hang of it, is a program that I wish I had started using a long time ago. It makes everything so much easier, including allowing the fixing of all formatting issues without any hassle.  It uses this magic wand tool that corrects all formatting problems (e.g., margins) all in one click automatically.

I sympathize because I completely relate. May I suggest that you engage Simplifile.com for your recording needs. You pay an annual fee to them to use their platform and they submit the recordings on your behalf.  They operate in most of the Washington state counties. Their customer service reps will even assist you with your filing until you've learned how to do it on your own. Well worth the annual fee to them, not to mention the elimination of the stress of dealing with public employees.
