Hello All,

Sometime ago a question was tossed out there regarding DSHS authority to file a creditor's claim and/or lien after the expiration of the creditor's period even though direct notice was given to DSHS. I realize there is a Federal Rule out there and I'll be checking into that but what I'm really curious about, since I have been told my case will be turned over to the AGO, is if anyone has actually been turned over and worked with the AGO where DSHS was successful in a claim against the estate outside of what we traditional think of as the common creditor period. No lien was filed when I sent the rejection to their Creditor's Claim.

Thanks.
