[WSBAPT] LOPA via Simplifile

Greetings List Members -

I finally have an "easy one" - in that I have a surviving spouse that
simply needs to take deceased husband's name off the property. Perfect for
a Lack of Probate Affidavit. The house is just a regular single-family
home, no other owners - nothing. I saw in Simplifile that King County will
accept a LOPA through Simplifile....but rather than trying to figure out
exactly the configuration of the submission, I thought I would ask.

Looking at the interface - there is just room for One Document to upload
and then the name of the Grantor and Grantee.

No need for a REETA? Proof of Death? I love Simpli-file for when it works,
it's amazing - but I have also had situations where things have needed to
be resubmitted multiple times before it was just right.

Appreciate the guidance from anyone who has done this. Again - filing a
LOPA for a King County property.

Thank you!
