[WSBAPT] California/San Jose Area Trust Attorney Referral

I have a client who is looking for a good trust and estates attorney, ideally with a background in elder abuse, located in the San Jose, CA area. The client has just become successor trustee to a survivor’s trust after his mom resigned. There is trouble brewing with a no-good brother who is in line to become successor trustee for the decedent’s trust if mom resigns from that position. The brother has potentially been abusive to mom, which is why she is refusing to resign as trustee of the decedent’s trust. It is questionable how long mom will remain competent. The client is looking for advice on whether there is any way to prevent the no-good brother from becoming successor trustee of the decedent’s trust.
