 Husband and wife execute a community property agreement. They then execute a revocable living trust That has certain gifts to  individuals that are not acceptable to one of the couple. If One of the couple dies can the survivor elect to take under the community property agreement which indicates all property now owned or hereafter acquired to bypass the terms of the trust   And take all of their property including that which is in the trust?
