[WSBAPT] recording of Letters

Just last week, transferred a home through a Deed of PR......I had to
submit a copy of the Letters with the REETA (which is not recorded)
providing that it was a tax-exempt transfer through probate....but the only
thing actually recorded by the County was the Deed of PR.  So, as of last
week, I can advise that this is NOT (yet) a statewide requirement.
