[WSBAPT] judgement collection after death

Hello All,

I have a very unusual case (is there anything as a usual case anymore?).   Client has received a judgement in client's favor in an international class action which will be paid from a federal funds as a magistrate approves payments (so some year there may be a payment and some years not-it's all tied to the market and the balance of the fund).  Anyway, in client's Will I have drafted a Trust to received the judgement and all its benefits if the client should die before final payout/settlement.  I can't find any support that would allow me to do this but I certainly can't imagine it couldn't be done as judgements survive death I believe.

Any thoughts or feedback is appreciated.
