[WSBAPT] adding vehicles to rlt

Hi Listmates,

The process required by the DOL to add vehicles to an RLT is pretty
cumbersome. How are you handling the funding process when it comes to
vehicles?

Cars don't have to go through probate anyways so have been considering
whether it's worth adding them to an RLT.

Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
