[WSBAPT] referral for probate in Linn County, Oregon

To the list,

 

I spoke with a PC whose mother passed away in Oregon and owned property on
the Mackenzie River. He has been kept in the dark by other family members
about what might be going on with probate, so he is seeking advice about his
rights as well as some investigative assistance. Any recommendations?
