Idaho has a "Proof of Authority" process set out in Idaho Code 15-4-204
that is pretty simple and cheap.  It avoids the need to file a separate or
ancillary probate in Idaho.
However, if you have any concern regarding creditors you might want to do a
probate in Idaho.
Other attorneys in my firm can assist you with this if need be, or
depending on location, we could probably refer to you someone else who can
