I am frustrated with the limited 3 days of probate hearings in King County.
I noted a matter for November 3 and online showed available so I filed Friday.
Today, I get an email - that calendar is full so pick another date.
So now we are more than 5 weeks out from getting a hearing date.
Some filings have statute of limitations issues so forcing me to file for intervention powers just to get estate opened.

Snohomish already limits to one day a week - Tuesday.
