Dear all-

I'd just like to confirm that I'm reading RCW 59.18.650 correctly-namely, that if (1) the lease is for a year or more, (2) says that it does not continue periodically after its term expires, and (3) the landlord gives notice at least 60 days before the termination date that the lease will not be renewed (or that the tenancy cannot continue without agreement on a new lease), then the lease will terminate as scheduled and the tenant may be evicted without cause.
