The retainer will be held in our firm trust account and billed against on a monthly basis (except for costs which may be paid directly from trust) as fees are earned. We may, from time to time, request additional retainer deposits if funds held in trust become depleted, and you agree to promptly deposit such requested sums. You may be entitled to a pro rata refund of any trust funds not earned at the time of conclusion of my services, whether by completion of the services or by termination by either of us.
