[WSBAPT] Referral request for Canadian estate/elder law practitioner

PC (husband and wife, Canadian citizens/residents) need DPOAs to appoint
daughter (WA resident) as agent for financial/legal and healthcare.  POAs
appointment is urgent, however, the need for a full estate plan package is
also very likely.
