[WSBAPT] Probate Notice - Island County Newspaper

So, that list is old AND, get this, I just called the Island County Superior Court and their most recent list is 11 years old and most of the newspapers don't exist anymore.  Your choices are Whidbey News-times and the South Whidbey Record plus the Stanwood Camano News.  Unfortunately, the Whidbey News-times and the South Whidbey Record are jointly owned by Sound Publishing and my latest Notice to Creditors cost $360.00 because these newspapers have a perceived monopoly in Island County.  I haven't priced checked the Stanwood Camano News for a while.  Good luck.
