[WSBAPT] Foreclosure - Heirs unable to pay mortgage and home is on the market

Mike,

Seattle has been rather confusing on this topic.  The Mayor's office has
said verbally that the 'owner occupy' or 'probate sale' were
unintentionally left out of the city's proclamation, but they have not
changed the proclamation to include these exceptions.
