I have a probate which has 6 children which were removed from the decedent
while in WA when they were young.  I cannot find them and hired an
investigator - all I have are names and no addresses.

All I know is that they are all believed to be in Virginia.

There has been no contact since they were taken.  Can someone refer me to a
Virginia adoption attorney to assist with locating and just finding out if
they were legally adopted by someone else.

I have written to WA adoption services in August and surprise, no response.
