[WSBAPT] Reopening Probate

Listmates,

 

Mother's probate closed several years ago with everything going to son.  It
was handled by a different attorney.  Son died earlier this year.  In
probating his estate it was discovered some real property was still in
mother's name.  We will reopen mother's probate, however,  in looking at
mom's probate file, we found the original attorney had filed an affidavit of
prejudice against the Judge (in a one judge county).  I have no problems
with this judge, so by reopening can the AOP be rescinded.
