[WSBAPT] Grantor's names not fitting on REETA

I just had this situation, but in the “grantee block.”

I stated in Section 2:  “See Exhibit A, attached, for list of all grantees,” and then included only the first grantee’s name and contact info on the actual REETA.  I attached my Exhibit which lists all grantee info and also their signatures.

Practice tip – I was rejected for at first just referencing the Exhibit in Section 2 on the REETA form – told I needed to list at least one grantee’s info there.

I am finding that success in e-recording is very fickle – and very frustrating – so best of luck!

Does anyone have a trick for dealing with the situation where the grantor's names don't fit on the REETA. Use an attachment? Is there a way to force a font size change that I haven't figured out?

Any help with this relatively mundane, but frustrating issue is appreciated.
