[WSBAPT] Agreement Re: Property Interests

Hello,

My brother-in-law and his wife, along with my niece and her husband, are looking for an attorney in Gig Harbor or thereabouts to draft a contract regarding their respective interests in their home.

The home is shared between niece, husband, two little ones, and my brother-in-law and his wife. The home is being gutted, remodeled, added onto, etc., and everyone is contributing work and/or money towards the overall project.

Everyone except niece’s husband is deaf, but all can read lips, speak, and sign. Although sign language would be preferred, all can communicate well without it.

Any suggestions for a referral in the Gig Harbor/Kitsap County area?
