[WSBAPT] Tenants in Common interest to revocable living trust

[Ann Manley]

Client lives in California and is setting up a RLT there. She owns 1/3
undivided interest in real estate in Washington. I believe she can transfer
her interest to her RLT, correct? Does anyone have a sample deed I could
reference?
