[WSBAPT] Surviving Spouse petitions to administer Community Property

Listmates,

 

H passed.  His son has, allegedly, an original Will naming son personal
representative.  However, no petition has been filed.  The forty day period,
following H's death, has several weeks to go before it passes.  Surviving W
needs to petition to administer the community property.  Do any of you have
a petition for a surviving spouse to administer the community property that
you can share?
