Greetings esteemed List Mates:

I would be grateful to receive any ideas/recommendations you might have regarding eRecording services-efficiency/effectiveness and costs are key considerations. It looks as though many have an annual fee plus a fee per recorded document. And there is one-EPN-that appears to not have an annual fee and it also has a lower per document fee.

Thank you in advance for any input you can provide.

(I'm assuming that the smaller counties do not have the great e-recording system that King County has (thank you for the reminder re KCRO, Karen Sluiter)).
