[WSBAPT] Defendant is OC's paralegal

I have a very contentious real property litigation matter that has me
concerned about contact with OC.  One of his paralegals is also the
defendant who regularly sends emails to me on OC’s behalf and contacts the
court (without cc’ing me or the attorney), when I respond, I respond
directly to the attorney.

 

Recently I pointed out to OC that it is not proper to have the defendant
contacting me.  After learning that the paralegal/defendant has been
contacting the JA without cc’ing me, I turn to this list for any suggestions
or recommendations.

 

I appreciate any suggestions.
