I am in need of a referral to an attorney who speaks vietnamese. The PC
resides in Vancouver, Washington - but her sister (from CA) has a property
in the Kent area so appointments CAN happen in/around the Seattle area.
Obviously, the most convenient would be a Vancouver/Portland attorney.
