Hi all,

I'm sure we'll all be getting more questions like this in the coming years.

I wanted to check if anyone has experience drafting specific language to
insure that a client's cryptocurrency is included in their estate planning.
Would it just be a matter of listing the accounts in their portfolio (so
that the PR / trustee knows of their existence)? Of course, if a specific
beneficiary is to inherit, that would be mentioned in the distribution
section like any other property.

I'm currently working on a RLT, and my initial research indicates that
crypto wallets cannot be titled in the name of the trust (but some allow
you to contact customer service to set up a beneficiary, I think). Perhaps
I'm overthinking this.
