[WSBAPT] Property Tax Appeal/King County Board of Equalization

Hi Listmates,

Has anyone ever participated in a hearing with King County Board of Equalization regarding a property tax valuation appeal?

I have one scheduled about 10 days away, and it appears it won't settle.  I have no information about the hearing procedure, so would appreciate any tips you might be willing to share.  Not sure whether we even present testimony.
