[WSBAPT] New electronic Wills Act

I wonder though, in the unusual times and circumstances of COVID, if one could successfully argue intent of testator - I feel like there is case law on point where one died prior to signing but the attorney provided an affidavit and there were other unique circumstances.  Under the right circumstances, it would be worth the shot - especially in this day and age where, according to my litigator friends courts are more apt to look at the overall equities -

The act is effective January 1, 2022
It applies to anyone dying after Jan 1, 2022.
It is not retroactive.  RCW 11.12.
