FWIW, I vaguely recall the 30 day survivorship standard found in many Wills
is to dovetail with the federal generation skipping tax period. Thanks, Cy

It's 120 hours by statute, Uniform Simultaneous Death Act, Ch. 11.05A RCW
<https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=11.05A> . The traditional
"thirty day" requirement in Wills is just a standard of practice custom, so
far as I know.

Sincerely,

Eric

I cannot for the life of me find the references in the probate statute to
spouses dying less than 30 days after the other and how that might affect
TESTATE estate, if any.

If anyone knows of the reference/cite, please let me know.
