[WSBAPT] Scream Into the Void....King County Recording

I just need to share (vent) to you regarding my frustration with King
County Recording and Simplifile.

Very simple QCD gifting a parcel, no debt.  The ACTUAL WAC code is
458-61A-201(6)(b)....but there is a required supplemental statement where
you have to check the box for the situation, which for this is (b)(1).

The filing was REJECTED because the REETA did not saying 201(b)(1).

I'm sorry - but what in the world is this? The form says to provide the
section and sub-section of the WAC. The supplemental form numbering IS NOT
THE WAC!!!!

OK - feel better now.
